#30 – Brian Ohaonghusa - How to optimize your nutrition
This week we are joined by a Nutritionist & Coach, Brian Ohaonghusa. He is the head coach of 'The Fit Clinic' which provides online nutrition coaching to it's clients. He describes himself as a people helper and a health guy. He graduated from UCD in human nutrition and has completed level 1 and 2 from Precision Nutrition. He previously worked with BodyFirst nutrition but now work's full time with the Fit Clinic. He is fascinated with many different things including Stoic Philosophy, Physical Training and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
In this episode we discuss what optimal health looks like, how relationships affect your health, power of solitude, ensuring you have enough nutrients in your diet along with many other super interesting topics
